(new) snoop parsing #23
Description
snoop (the new one) does low-level processing on dispatched data. The output format is flexible -- CouchDB, JSON-over-ZMQ, etc., are easy.
Regardless of interface, snoop data such as:
- Trigger rates
- Neutrino flux
- Data cleaning/quality cut rates
must be parsed for storage.
