build Landscape Mode and Timeout for autofocus OCR Scan

First off

It detect document edge only on Portrait mode camera I'm trying to make it follow orientation the algorithm any ideas ?

Also How to build timeout for autofocus OCR ?

Sometimes the image saved get blurry because of the autofocus wasn't ready Is there anyway to make constraint for the algorithm to detect OCR image ?
