Permissions on Android 11

Is there anyone who can review code and permissions for Android 11? Application (on watches) not showing caller number or caller name.

Hm, from what I see, this only applies to apps that target 11? So Dialer should not be affected.

Dialer on 11 not showing caller number. But name from contacts yes, if exists. I do not remember android version exactly ...

A few days ago arrived update 62.0.A.3.109 (Xperia 10 III) - and from this time not showing caller name too. On watch I see "unknown" during a call and in Call history only blank lines (completelly).
