Emoji reactions could trigger other scripts or be used to update status

A gating function or decision feature could be triggered from one or more emojis reactions on a bashbot command execution.

For instance

• approval/denial of one or more specific people before next in multi-stage script is triggered
• heytaco bot (giving kudos to slack users via emoji and aggregating daily/weekly/monthly/yearly leaderboards)
• Multiple choice and/or yes/no answer aggregator (survey bot)

Status updates:

• Long running job can have green, yellow, red status updates via emoji
