the temperature of the 9800x3d processor from hardware monitoring librehardwaremonitor admin, the frequency is not showing as NAN and the temperature does not appear zero

I believe some of your files have been detected and removed by Windows Defender. I had a similar issue once. Reinstalling the program and whitelisting it from Windows Defender resolved the problem.
