Links on the privacy policy lead to 404s

The links on https://matrix.org/legal/privacy-notice/ appear to be relative, rather than absolute, leading them to link to, i.e. https://matrix.org/legal/privacy-notice/archive.matrix.org.

In addition, some URLs on the page aren't linkified.

Nice catch. Seems like also some emails are not links. However only that link seems to be broken currently.
