feat: average speed on road links #28
Description
Webmap: like with the flow on the links, we here show the average speed on each link
Dashboard:
- a graph showing average speed per link type (i.e., residential, secondary)
- Average speed on the entire network, congestion index per road type (average speed/maximum speed)
Filter by: time of the day, zone
One should think about how we compute the speed for every link in the backend, or whether we preprocess this somehow at the end of the simulation to prepare a convenient dataset.
