convertGenbankToTable needs to check for taxID consistency in concatinated genbank file #35
Since we are dependent on the taxIDs in the genbank file all being the same but we dont actually ever check this, we should check it. I should also put this in as part of the consistency checking script...
Yes, NCBI managed to go to a new low and put things with two different tax IDs under the same strain (C. tetani) - one of them was a virus. SIGH.
