Improve neighborhood getting for tblastn hits #62
db_getGeneNeighborhoods.py should support getting neighborhoods for tBLASTn hits.
It should be possible to make neighborhood-getting and viewing functions more generic so we don't need to write separate functions for tblastn hits and for called genes.
