add support for windows and linux, to work with flutter for desktop
This will make development for android and ios much easier, so I can test the application by compiling directly to my machine without needing an emulator to test the application

I was thinking about adding web support and for that I need to find correct urls for each map.
Once we have urls we can just open a browser on windows/linux/other platforms

I'll try to do this sometime next week.

it seems like not working when using MapLauncher.installedMaps() with web
