Desktop v6.0.3 Documentation Update

I've successfully updated the documentation for Desktop app v6.0.3 dot release across all four requested files.

• Examine current documentation files to understand structure
• Research v6.0.3 release information - Need specific changelog details
• Update mattermost-desktop-releases.md
• Update desktop-app-changelog.md
• Update linux-desktop-install.rst
• Update desktop-msi-installer-and-group-policy-install.rst
• Commit and push changes
• Provide PR creation link

Changes Made:

1. mattermost-desktop-releases.md: Updated v6.0 download link and SBOM link to reference v6.0.3
2. desktop-app-changelog.md: Added placeholder v6.0.3 entry at the top of the v6.0 release section
3. linux-desktop-install.rst: Updated all download links for RPM and tarball packages to v6.0.3
4. desktop-msi-installer-and-group-policy-install.rst: Updated all MSI installer references, download links, and command examples to v6.0.3

Important Note:

I added a placeholder entry for v6.0.3 in the changelog with "released TBD" and a note that changelog items need to be provided. The actual release date and specific bug fixes/features for v6.0.3 will need to be filled in once that information is available.

All changes have been committed and pushed to the branch.
