Docs: API-wide nav

On all the API pages, I keep having to go back to the main API page in order to get to a different API page.

Can I add a collapsible sidebar menu (taking inspiration from MDN) with the API links on the API pages?

I can write the necessary CSS to make it mobile-friendly.
