make pagination optional instead of default

I think it's better if the pagination is an optional feature you can enable if you want instead of having to explicitly disable it when you don't want it.

actually, lets reopen it;
I think even if you define a pagination template, you should mark which instances are to be paginated; i.e. ts-pagination; could also have a config for enable it per default.

This should be the case now. pagination won't happen until a pagination template is defined in the config, and the pagination template is blank by default since it's agnostic to which pagination library should be used.

Once pagination is turned on globally, it can then be disabled on a per-table basis by setting ts-display-pagination="false"
