Incorrect names for Antarctica/Casey

From what I can tell, the latest CLDR data has a metazone ("Casey") for Antarctica/Casey with name (in en.xml) "Casey Time" but TZNames.GetNamesForTimeZone("Antarctica/Casey", "en-US") returns names for Western Australia.

I think this might be related to #117

I guess that last entry is saying Western Australia is correct...but I don't know about that... Perhaps the CLDR data is incorrect?

I'm not an expert, but since Casey Station is managed by Australia, it's plausible that Western Australia Time was appropriate in the past.

Yes, #117 would explain why that's happening now.
