dsr removed from CRAN

The package has been removed from CRAN due to "Archived on 2020-08-26 as requires archived package 'frailtypack'.. ". Is it coming back?

Unfortunately the package was removed due to frailtypack also being removed. I had a few outstanding issues I needed to address so I didn't bother making this change. You can grab the dev version from here.

Quite busy these days, and the bulk of my work is in another area of statistics now, but I'd really like to update this once more to ensure it's working properly and release it. I might tackle this around the Winter of 2020.
