Feature: Areas #114
Description
Create a new data model named Areas, which is similar to Plants but has no lifecycle or plantedAt date. This will be uses for things like "House", "Whole Property", "North Garden", etc.
Do allow it to have Chores.
Do allow it to have Plants assigned to it.
