Iteratees for result reading

Look into iteratees for result reading, instead of converting the datareader into a seq.

I've restored my original iteratee, which closely matches the approach used in the Haskell Enumerator package and the scalaz Iteratee. It's back on my branch, and I started working on it again.

Cool, could you solve the issues you had (I have no idea what they were)?

I've resolved the ones I had. I'm working on adding more parser combinators that will help with things like multi-line separators, etc.
