[BUG] Mave Clip that is paused will resume playing when scrolled into view

When you call .pause() on a clip element it should remain paused. Currenlty when you scroll the clip out of view and back in it will resume playing again. See https://stackblitz.com/edit/vitejs-vite-jwkkueux?file=package.json,src%2FApp.vue

I don't think that should happen.

I looked at the source code but could not find where this is handled so I submit this issue instead.
