Transform mode Cycle Gizmos Doesnt Update

I have set ''Ctrl Alt Mouse Whell Scroll Up'' to Transform Mode Cycle but I have to slightly move mouse to update the trasnfrm Gizmo type while scrolling
Means It is not updating the gizmo while continuous scrolling.
To Update the Gizmo I have to
first Hold my shrtcut(Ctrl-Alt-MMB-Scroll-Up) to change the the gizmo to say Roatation
Seconldy To change it again I have to repress my shortcut to show the next transfrm gizmo type

I think this might be an issue on how blender handles scrolling as an input. If anybody has more information on how it behaves or how to fix this issue please share it! :)
