Support protocol H264 in transmit via IP address some Camera format h.264 ?

I would Like to know if supports show image from Camera formats 264
using Socket("ip")...

At the moment just in plataform android works fine!

please use the issue tracker at github.  Google code is dead. Perhaps have also 
a colleague of yoursite read the issue before posting it as I have difficulties 
understanding  what you are saying.  
So: move to github. Rephrase ticket and we can start working on your issue.
