Sample management enhancements

Thinking about it, might be easier not to load the list of samples from the server initially but only see updated samples from pusher, that way the dropdown box doesn't get too big. Have load button to pick up the samples if required.

Also, maybe have the sample server get rid of old samples to avoid the list getting huuuuge.
