OpenID support for registration #11
Description
Problem: Account creation stinks. MarkWiki will support account registration, but it would be nice to offer an alternative.
Solution: Integrate OpenID support. Try to keep things clean and focus on a few big providers (e.g., Google). Allow arbitrary providers if the interface can be kept clean.
