R/C interface and cleanup

Todos:
- Organise the code so that C lives in /src and R lives in /R
- Make R wrappers throw errors based on MorphyLib error codes (Thomas?)
- system-appropriate compile scripts (Martin S. -> building for Windows?)
- Package it
