Expand generation of Croissant metadata for Synapse-hosted datasets

Following the Croissant metadata generation and portal development work for a subset of Synapse-hosted datasets in #208 , this ticket is to track continued efforts to generate Croissant metadata for an expanded set of Synapse-hosted datasets. This will occur in parallel with efforts to explore Croissant metadata generation for GEO-hosted datasets (as the first among external repos).

As appropriate, this effort should build on the pilot efforts and include renaming / updating any pilot assets (i.e tables) to formally referring to these as production assets, documented accordingly.
