Wildcard list preview not using commas for line separation #1257

Expected Behavior
When in the Wildcards tab, and "Details List" view selected, items will appear as:
dutch anglefisheyefrom abovefrom behindfrom belowfrom the sidevanishing point
but defined in wildcard contents as:
dutch angle
fisheye
from above
from behind
from below
from the side
vanishing point
Small thing, would be nice to see the lines joined with a comma:
dutch angle, fisheye, from above, from behind, from below, from the side, vanishing point
