Feature Request: Trigger the PS2 reset, when powered on

**Problem:** When building a PS2 portable, you have to short the "reset"-pad to ground, to actually power on the PS2.

**Possible solution:** Connect a pin of the PIC to the Reset-pad & short it to gnd for a few milliseconds. The impulse should be triggered with a little delay after powering on the PIC.

Also there could be a key combination to hard-reset the PS2.
