WebUI Error 405

Describe the bug
Im trying to change the description of a server from the webui but it fails with error code 405

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to edit server
2. Change server description
3. Click save
4. See error in console

Expected behavior
to work
