I see this error a lot -

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'display' of undefined

I suspected it was the result when a tip requested display and had no title attribute. But that may be not the case. If it is, then
if ( tweet.attr('alt') ) { /* tweet.qtip() here */ }
but ...

Just flagging in case you notice the same. Could be unrelated to twitterwall (but the timing on this site looks like it is).
