Get rid of segmentation grouping in Make Seurat

1. Get rid of the Make Seurat Segmentation Argument
2. Add logic to log the in Merge to show which samples are getting incorpetated.

Reason: Allow for user to resume after a competed run in order to add a new segmentation grouping.
