Feature: command mock chaining for output, etc.

Add a set of commands for specifying output on first, second, third, etc. call of a mocked command.

This would be extremely useful to me. I've got a couple features where a script kicks off a long-running process and then runs another command repeatedly in a while loop to check if the long-running process is complete.
