Save to CSV: Handle errors / exceptions

The user interface does not show any error, if the CSV files somehow fail to save and no fallback behavior which may let people recover their data.

CSV file saving failure can be reproduced by using an outdated version of EDA-IBI-Serial firmware from 2019.
