Update firmware to comply with new board pin layout

Due to overlapping/annoying coords, @Winsoule will update the board layout for the soldered layouts, so we need to make sure the *.ino files in this repository are updated as well.

Maxime will need to be notified of this change, as they are currently sitting with the old breadboard. Ideally he should receive a soldered board with instructions/image of how to plug it into an Arduino, so he can continue to work on his software project, which makes use of this firmware.
