Update phpseclib PHP Secure Communications Library

If you could update to at least to the latest v1: https://github.com/phpseclib/phpseclib/commits/1.0 that would be good. Ideally refactor this package to be a composer driven package and use v2. This is related to #4 as many PHP warnings and errors.

We found this SDK unusable. Hopefully I can save you some time: https://github.com/ethosce/membersuite

It's a lightweight wrapper around SoapClient with some utility methods. Examples provided that work in modern PHP.
