[FEATURE] ability to disable discord rpc

as you can see, it may crash the game. or someone just doesnt wants to see everyone seeing him playing qsor and they cant turn this thing off

it doesn't crash the game on the latest release. fixed in #39. second one could actually be implemented on the upcoming options in #20.
