Use --print-ir-after-failure in mlir_graphblas.MlirOptCli

Sometimes, when graphblas-opt or mlir-opt fails, we’ll get a “see current operation” error message that’s not useful since it doesn’t show the context of the operation, e.g.

Using --print-ir-after-failure shows the context.

cat /tmp/example.mlir | ./build/bin/graphblas-opt --graphblas-lower --print-ir-after-failure

This is useful if we're using the command line, but I think this could also be useful in mlir_graphblas.MlirOptCli somehow.

What do we think? Unfortunately, my motivating example in /tmp/example.mlir from above no longer exists.
