Update transport to avoid eslint warning no-loop in static/client.js

In WS/HTTP transports functions we have a warning related to callId (Line 15/44):
"Function declared in a loop contains unsafe references to variable(s) 'callId'."

As discussed on the meeting that is not critical and just could be re-written.
