[Feature request] Retain location when GPS is turned off

Hi,

First of all, thanks for your work, really like the watchface!

Not sure if you accept feature requests, but would it be possible to retain the last used location once phone GPS is turned off? Currently, weather stops updating if I turn my GPS off, and refreshes once I turn it back on. Another possible solution would be to add a fixed location option.

This would be really helpful for people who don't like keeping GPS on. Thanks!

I've considered adding an option to manually enter your location in the settings. I will keep this in mind next time I work on it. This project isn't a huge priority of mine at the moment so I'm not sure when I'll get to it.

Thanks for the suggestion! Apologies for such a slow response.. I need to figure out why Github isn't sending me notifications.
