Support HMM file format as input #56
Description
I would love support for parsing the HMM file format.
The HMM file format is widely used by programs (such as hmmer and databases (such as Pfam). The file format is defined in the hmmer documentation on pages 106ff.
Additionally, I would appreciate a direct selection of Pfam HMM-Profiles in the WebDiffLogo interface via the Rest-API.
