Remove sort option for selected items onload (edit list)

When user selected some items with order like this ( 5 , 2 , 4 ) and save it and next time try to edit the saved choice he get the list with false order ( 2 , 4 , 5 ) onload .
how i can keep the order of items selected onload or can i remove the default sort .

can any one help in this issue.
