Translate the built-in help system using large language models

Large language models are truly amazing at language translation. If there's a need to translate built-in help systems, I feel that using large language models is a great experience.

In a world where automated translations are good and fast it doesn't make much sense to vendor translations.

If we let users translate for themselves they get to choose a translator that they know works well for their own language. It's also not limited to whichever languages we choose to support, and we don't need to bloat the binary size or worry about errors in the automated translations. And we don't need to worry about maintaining all the translations as the documentation is updated or translation services get better.
