Option to always show tab bar, even with a single file

The tab bar only appears when two or more files are open. A boolean option (e.g. showtabbar) to always display it would make the current filename visible at a glance — useful when switching between
terminal panes or tmux windows.

Default could remain false to preserve current behavior.
