Key Learnings and Takeaways
The agent academy gave me important hands on practical experience on creating agent, agent flows (child and connected). The hiring and interview agent scenario was a good use case which demonstrated the capabilities of copilot studio.
Challenges Faced
Doing these activities for the first time was a bit challenging. The end result did not match the expected outputs. By watching the lab videos and following the examples carefully , I was able to complete all labs and get a working solution in the end.
Final Thoughts
This course was very informative and put me on the right track as well as gave me the basic knowledge to get started to Develop agentic solutions. As part of my work upskilling path, I will be doing a project based on a real-world use case scenario.
