Key Learnings and Takeaways

Agents can be easily created and customised. You can create agents from conversations and create flows and triggers so that they respond in the way you would like when a certain path/ journey occurs.

Challenges Faced

Publishing the agent and setting up the right permissions was difficult as these things are usually managed by my organisation and hence took some time to figure out.

Final Thoughts

I really enjoyed this training. It was hands on and the tasks helped me to understand each concept as I went through. I did struggle with setting up the environment and permissions so some further details on that would be helpful.
