VS2026 cannot hit breakpoint; symbol not loaded with Aspire 13.2

Describe the bug

I upgraded from Aspire 13.1.0 to 13.2.0 and now I cannot debug.

Breakpoints aren't hit anymore as it shows that symbols are not loaded. (breakpoint in projects, not the apphost ones).
I cleaned bin/obj, rebuilt, deleted .vs; it's still not working.

No change has been made in the code expect upgrade Aspire.

Reverting back to Aspire 13.1.0 solved the issue.

Expected Behavior

Being able to debug and hit breakpoints.

Steps To Reproduce

Upgrade to Aspire 13.2.0, debug as usual.
