Reindex job fail on SearchParameter duplicate

Hi all,

I am facing following issue:
I tried to update SearchParameter with PUT request and then I ran $reindex job. Unfortunately it failed because of "An item with the same key has already been added. Key: http://hl7.org/fhir/SearchParameter/Custom-observation-search". I tried to delete all SearchParameters that I have (hard delete) but $reindex failed with the same error. When I get list of SearchParameters with $status, then I get one Custom-observation-search SearchParameter with "Deleted" status and one with "PendingDelete" status. Now I ran out of the ideas, I will appreciate any help.
