Not allowed licenses

Hey,

I'm changing from webpack-license-plugin to this plugin and if I've understood correctly there is no way to define not allowed licenses? Like there is no possibility to use negation in SPDX expressions right?

Is there a way to achieve the same thing as in webpack-license-plugin's feature unacceptableLicenseTest?
