Cannot use Foundry VS Code extension to see Foundry project models in US Gov

Does this occur consistently? Yes
Repro steps:
Sign into the Azure extension in VS Code.
Use the Foundry extension to see the Foundry project (I can see my Foundry project in usgovvirginia)
Select the Models drop down to see the models
Get an error- 'Failed to load models. Please refresh to try again.'

Action: azure-ai-foundry.listModels
Error type: SubscriptionNotFound
Error Message: The subscription '' could not be found.
