request: publish more installers

Hi,

Can we please get more packages published for msix-packaging, in order to provide developers with more, convenient ways to acquire the CLI utilities and thereby port more applications to Windows?

• NuGet
• .DEB (Debian, Ubuntu, etc.)
• .RPM (RHEL, Fedora, etc.)
• .APK (Alpine Linux)
• Void Linux
• Mageia
• Arch Linux
• HaikuOS
• MINIX
• Nix (NixOS)
• Illumos, OpenSolaris, OpenIndiana
• z/OS
• pkg, pkgin, pkgadd (FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, etc.)
• Homebrew, MacPorts, fink (macOS)
• snap (various and sundry Linux distributions)
• Docker Hub (various and sundry operating systems)

There are already some community msix images on Docker Hub, but they are of varying purpose, quality, security, and bitrot. Official images would go a long way toward removing barriers to entry for portable application developers.
