Adding removal/reinstall details to README

Hi,

I was going to push a PR to add the removal/reinstallation of msticpy details for those having issues with their install:

Removal/reinstall

Navigate to the location of your msticpy installation.

Remove the current installation in command line with: 'python -m pip uninstall msticpy'

Then run the installation command again, ensuring you are in the location you wish msticpy to install to.

However, even though my authentication token has full permissions I am unable to push my changes to origin

error: src refspec master does not match any.
error: failed to push some refs to 'reponame'

A force didn't work either.

If this can be added at some point, no urgency, that would be great.
