[Issue] Agent did Exact Opposite of Request

Issue Description
I asked the agent not to post results to Teams Dashboard and it did the exact opposite. I'm concerned about giving it further rights under the circumstances.

Confirmed bug. The agent ignored your "don't post" instruction and sent the dashboard to Teams anyway. We're tracking this and working on a fix. As a workaround, setting up Teams via the built-in connector (Portal → Settings → Connectors) adds an approval step before any message is sent. Thanks for reporting!

thank you for working on that, I tried the built-in connector but it only allows you to connect to channels not chat which is what I'm currently targeting using a PowerBuilder workflow
